In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we offer it to you at a 30% discount of the reorder price.
Of course, if we made the error, we will send a replacement item at no charge to you.

Cancellations on Wholesale Items are not possible once an order has been placed and paid for.

RETURNS - EXCHANGES
Returns or Exchanges are not possible on personalized items.
In the event of an incorrect order, personalization or damage due to shipping, we will offer a full refund, provided we are contacted within 24 hours.
In some instances, returned items may not be required to be shipped back to us. However, we do request a photo of the damaged product.
Upon approval of your return we will issue you store credit or a refund.
Unauthorized damaged returns will not be considered for a refund or credit of any kind.
