BELLY Design: A silly dog is doing yoga.  First, he squats down from Tadasana with your inner feet a few inches apart.  Separates his knees wider than his hips and leans his torso forward, between his inner thighs. Stretches his arms forward, then bend his elbows, places his hands on the floor and the backs of his upper arms against his shins.  This is the tricky part, he lifts up onto the balls of his feet and leans forward even more, he takes the weight of his torso onto the backs of his upper arms. This is the "Crane" pose.  Good Luck!
