DELIVERY TIME:
Clothing: All orders are made-to-order, so please allow between 5 and 7 business days to receive your duds.
If we are out of a size or item, we will contact you by phone or email as soon as possible.
Artwork / Prints: Please allow 2 to 3 weeks to receive your prints from Bella Baby Art.
Generally items are shipped within 10 to 14 business days but we cannot always guarantee this timeline.
HOLIDAY ORDERS / DELIVERY:

Shipping cutoff: During Holidays, orders must be placed prior to the last 8 business days before major Holidays,
(Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Chanukkah, Christmas)
as we cannot guarantee on-time delivery for orders placed after that time.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Items are generally shipped and carefully packaged from NJ.
Shipped via USPS first priority. UPS is used on framed prints of 20x24 or larger items such as wall murals or large wall hangings.
SHIPPING NOTE
Priority or RUSH orders will NOT speed up the production of an order, only the shipping time, once an order is completed.
If a RUSH order is needed, please contact us to inquire about possible delivery time.

SHIPPING COSTS for RETURNS
We pay the return shipping costs if the return or exchange is a result of our error.
When it’s not because of our error, the customer must pay all costs related to return shipping.
Shipping costs on returned items are not refundable.
After inspecting the returned merchandise, if everything is in order, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the items, less the original shipping fee and a 25% restocking fee.
